The establishment is required to send one copy of
the Contract Registration Card along with the photo copy of the final year mark sheet duly
authenticated by the establishment to this office for necessary registration under
the Act. The above documents should reach to this office within 30 days from the date of
commencement of training, failing which, the Contract will not be entertained for
8. PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING REIMBURSEMENT
At the end of every Calendar Quarter year, the
establishment is expected to send the Claim for Reimbursement of Stipend to this office in
the prescribed format along with the Quarterly Progress Report (Form APP-6) completed in
all respects including the Advanced Stamped Receipt & Certificate. The Claim will not
be entertained after the expiry of three years from the date of completion of training.
The last Claim Bill should also accompany Employment Information in the prescribed
9. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
The Contract of Apprenticeship Training of an Apprentice
can be terminated on breach of Contract.
10. PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE
This Board will issue a Proficiency Certificate to the
Apprentice who successfully completes one year of apprenticeship training. This training
will be treated as experience.
: It must be ensured at all times that a superviosr in the concerned subject field/ area
is available so that proper apprenticeship training is imparted to the apprentice.
